bad service unfriendly bad breakfast. *

We were checked in by a rapid ewie an old lady, but not at all welcomed; except for an exception the staff were either ignorant, rude, filthy or incompetent. No reference to free outdoor use or climbing gym; we were the key in the hand; where the room was (section 62), we had to ask.
I had booked on the Internet and Murphy bed for our Kjnd (2 years) was already being used, it was us then after long back and forth an old travel cot without mattress (actually only the particle board) with three pillows on it offered; no blanket for the child...
Cleanliness was alright; the shower flooded the problem of the cleaning personnel
Breakfast: Oh Well; very unlovingly prepared, eggs cold, selection sparse-no child seats
With the location of the room had we luck: backyard and second floor, thus rather calmly
Price per night we more or less okay we paid 79 €for the double room; for our child we were no additional costs invoiced

Auch wenn es viel Kritik gab.
Trotzdem, brauchen wir diese Art von Kritik, um unser Service stetig zu verbessern.
Im Personalbereich gibt es News, denn wir haben ein kleines aber feines Team gegründet, das bereits guten Anklang gefunden hat. Ihr Empfang und die damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten waren Anlass genug, dies zu ändern.
Im Frühstücksbuffet hat sich auch eine Änderung vollzogen. Wir bieten Gästen eine größere Auswahl an und haben auch im Restaurant eine neue Speisekarte.
Wir entschuldigen uns im Nachhinein dafür und hoffen trotzdem, Sie eines Tages wieder als Hotelgast begrüßen zu dürfen.
