okay for the east side of the big island *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AEntscheided you for those visiting the big island should you feel, due to the size of the island, two hotels select a hotel on the east side and a hotel on the west side. The east wing offers for excursions to the volcanoes national park in Hawaii, by, among other things, a lava cave and active Volcano could be admired. HiLo Hawaiian is suitable for the ideal as a starting point. However, you should not have huge demands of this hotel. The lobby is very large and nice to look at. The rooms already a few years old and apparently renovated not long time. The view from the balcony is very appealing, especially in nice weather (which one on the east side but not too often.) the existing restaurant which we didn't use it used. Very recommendable the pancake house (means but I think differently) which is not far from the hotel on the next crossing is. Shopping possibilities are in the surrounding area not really many. At night when we were looking for a supermarket we had to leave very many streets to get to find one. (the nice salesmen there was formerly at sea and knew also Germany.) without rental car easy to get to from the hotel, in my opinion, not very far. With the staff we only had to check-in and check-out contact. Everything was very nice. The vorahndenen pool we only used once used. At the time we were there, apart from a staff member, the only guests by the pool. The staff monitored and made our room number therefor, leaves the beams 1 minute longer than the by the pool were left... He stressed to them immediately. (I hadn't experienced ☺ HiLo Hawaiian is not the nicest hotel, for short stays but highly recommended. Usually you are only there to sleep on.
