Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFoodstuff fluorescent light-filled large car park, generally improved house, window to rear dump pins, first of all, no tv reception (aerial cable had fallen off), but subsequently too miserable tv picture, smoke covered by bathing cap! (previous guest probably smoking, no alarm wanted,), room service surly and rude, clock radios, has not been upgraded in winter, access for Softwareproblemen not usable. Breakfast: eternal Wait, until a table was assigned, buffet and partly half empty (no glasses, spilled food, staff inattentive, in a bad mood, ungepflegt/in wrong sizes dressed and slow (chooks re-filled almost empty plates weren't or first after ten minutes fortgeräumt)-a few, completely overstrained (Aushilfs-) forces in the breakfast room, while the bar just outside of the breakfast area in groups talking and obviously the best amused, without support. A wading, justified complaint to the management There is also after a week still no answer; so the whole is now directly to the HQ by Hilton in the United States. I am business almost constantly on travel and am staying hundred + times per year in the hotel/experiences such as this are still-especially at one of the major trademarks rather rare. Positive emphasis was the service at the check-in: everything else met not only minimum, let alone, four star standards. This also applies, if you in England with caution to Lakeland quality of this hotel.
