This hotel really should four stars have? WHERE? I was very disappointed. Staff very rude! We had booked a room for three people over Christmas. Smallness of the room a lot! I knew that from other hotels, unfortunately not. Extra bed was a rickety chair, at the foot had. Since my husband is wheelchair, we had a handicapped accessible bathroom, which was however totally out of date and filthy. The lobby reminded me of a supermarket and the staff at the front desk was bad mood! For 24 o'clock Internet you pay 13 euros! Excellent is:if you have a car in the underground car park of the hotel wants, then one pays off eight hours 20 euros per day! No one told us! Only when I wanted to go out, they told me, that I had to pay! Well okay, but 20 euros? Awesome... Next time it will be! The next time around the corner into suitess hotel. A bit more expensive, however therefor pure luxury and a harmonious price performance ratio!

Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass die Gebühren für die Nutzung unserer Tiefgarage im Rahmen der üblichen Preise anderer Parkhäuser in der Stadt Dresden liegen.
