Great hotel - good starting point for excursions *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was neatly arranged, has 150 rooms we had a standard double room, VERY spacious, larger than usual! The rooms were clean, we had breakfast included, but there are also a restaurant for evening meals. The guest structure was mixed, mostly Brits. An internet connection is e-mail cable available in the room all are non-smoking. There is a bar with a sitting room and screen for golf, football, etc. An indoor pool and fitness center/health club is available. Parking costs: 5.00 Euros per day check-in: 3:00 pm check-out:12 :00
Location
5-10 minutes' walk away from the airport. Airport shuttle. rental-car center separate from just around the corner. As a starting point for excursions into the surrounding area with car/caravan optimal. To the center of Edinburgh you can travel approximately 25 minutes by car. There are also bus right in front of the hotel
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No one spoke German. the room cleaning was thorough.

We only had breakfast! The breakfast buffet was good, there's something for everyone from the typical British breakfast to bread, rolls, toast, croissants, coffee cake, sausage, cheese, butter, Nutella, jam and Co. Every morning orange juice, coffee or tea

The rooms are very large, spacious and clean! Instant coffee (powder-coffee) and tea is available free of charge, a kettle is available. A bottle of water is also available (3.95 pounds) balcony there is no, windows can be only cigarettes. Air conditioning w/k is available
Tips and recommendations
Cell phone reception with T-Mobile in each case T-mobile telephone costs: outgoing calls: 46Ct. /Min arriving 17Ct/min SMS 13 cents/message best travel time ... You can't say it could always rain, but definitely raincoat pack!!! Value for money similar to Germany, the typical local dishes in the restaurants I thought that was a cheap. You should definitely see in August the Military Tattoo, highly recommended!!!!
