Very poor service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAt this hotel I had for the first time, since I am holidaycheck user, to give serious consideration, not a hotel to be recommended. Not because of the furnishing, size, location of the hotel, but I have never had such a bad service in handling a complaint experienced. The rooms are according to the brochure, and so we have also, for four people. We were two adults and one child. When we got to the room we were first impressed total. Huge room with two rooms, a huge bath with Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen opened, but only one bed. According to the statement of the front desk would be prepared for our daughter the couch to sleep within 15 minutes. However, nothing happened. Then we decided to go out to eat and the front desk again reminded of the lack of third place. When we came back against 22 o'clock, the couch was still not made, instead was in a plastic bag in the room to drink in the bedding. Hello, I booked a Hilton and not a 1 star motel at a highway. After call to front desk came after 20 minutes the housekeeping staff a, the laid down two sheets and a blanket, but without reference. Unbelievable, we have said they would, as a bed is. Otherwise there are a lot of positive however. On the one hand, as already mentioned, the furnishings and the size of the room, as well as the wonderful designed pool area. Furthermore, the immediate proximity to SeaWorld (about five minutes on foot, just walk through the parking lot). Also it is not far to Disney (about 15-20 minutes by car). In the nearby international drive there are a few restaurants and an outlet.
