Miserable *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn the night as we wanted to check into the hotel, there was no competent staff. Worse still, we were not booked in the first place. The room are cold and for three persons much to small and should definitely be renovated. At breakfast you had to take into account at least a half hour wait. If you have such a huge complex is built, should be at least the organisation in the smallest things be considered. The area itself is clean and nicely decorated. But on the whole I expect from a five star hotel much more.
