Nice room, abysmal service *

Here you had to be lucky and in the "real" Tower again (I stayed in a junior suite in the Tapa Tower). The room was a dream, very large, very plush equipped, an incredibly comfy bed and a very comfortable working, a perfectly acceptable bathroom. But. The service. The check-in a catastrophe. Continued disinterest, not a word. At an x-1000-guests-bunker although understandable, but not be fine if that. The question to use an adapter for my (European Notebook) was with the hint that I could buy one (for 8 USD) answered. This is something I never happened! The check-out was completing I online from the room, and saved me so another unpleasant experience. But the fact that at the onsite bar until 11pm loud live music is certainly not a argument for a business traveler, stay here. And if you like the evening in peace in a beach chair with one of the green areas, you will want to sit by hotel staff distributed after dark, as this is not permitted. Bottom line: If you like in a beautiful hotel room all day and want to spend any contact with the staff, then avoid the HHV is ok, but who wants it in such a exciting place like Oahu ...
