Never five star hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABy. 12,11 until we were 19 November 2011, with a friendly few, guests in this hotel. On the complex you can't complain. On the contrary. Clean and well maintained. But huge upset and dampen the almost have ruined, was the 'restaurant' and the service. Not only, that the buffet in the restaurant for the hotel area was much too small, but also the offer in dishes was very poor. The same food every day and it was really Sunday we have never experienced something like that. And the organization. Not just the one (!) here long lines at the buffet had to take into account, to remember five star hotel!, but also the service was very unfriendly. I guess due to the fact, that these were overwhelmed with the situation. Another negative was, that, after the guests had left the tables, not cleared this or newly set. The hotel has also two à la carte restaurants. But what struck us now is the language. Here the guest (!) even if 50% pay. This would have been the service charges and tip. That is probably an unbounded cheek. We have stayed at other four five star hotels, but this is still not happening. Furthermore, this' as output ' in any brochure mentioned the provider. Having regard to these circumstances it would probably be at the time, the hotel testers take the hotel in all appearances and to remove once thought, 1 or 2 *. The value for money is good for this hotel in no case!
