Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADuring the whole week, we had the constant feeling of living next to a heliport! They must have run a generator or something similar! The helicopter-like sound could be heard in the entire area and in the room if the air conditioning was switched off. There was also no chance to sleep with the air conditioning on, because it was way too noisy.
No toilets or changing cabins at the pools. Also no changing cabins at the beach. Only the bar at the main pool was open!
The food was of good quality but the selection was small. When you had dinner on the terrace, you could only guess what you were eating, because there was not sufficient light. On the beach you got plastic plates and cutlery during lunch!
When we wanted to sit on the bench on our balcony, it broke. We do not weigh 200 kilogram, and sat down normally - now we should pay it. They threatened to call the police or disabling us to return home if we didn't pay. After we had paid, we were allowed to take the bus and leave. We felt like criminals!
We cannot believe that this should be Hilton standard!
