Disappointment *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have just returned from 14 wonderful days in California. Only downer of the trip was this hotel: - Room unclean ( bathroom! ) - Amenities and service weak ( no robes, no glasses, no bell service, no minibar, and especially: no response to ask ) - staff ignorant (there was positive exceptions: for example. Front desk ) - breakfast buffet rather weak ( who may be cold scrambled eggs ... ) Summary: price / performance in no relation ! We stayed at this holiday in total of 9 hotels. All were different, all had their good and not so good points, but we were satisfied or very satisfied eighth time in sum. Exception: see above! Hilton San Diego you should avoid from our point of view. P.. p. : Our "hidden gem": The Inn of the Spanish Garden in Santa Barbara !!
