Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is for city breaks thoroughly recommended. For shopping and eating out in any case you need a car. The property is right on the beach, was quite large, there are several buildings, usually 2 -storied, and to the pools had to run to the main building (approx. 10 minute walk) from our accommodations. Our room was functional and nicely decorated. Each room has either a balcony or a terrace (ground floor). On the balcony there were 2 "bar stools", which is not to relax but gives invited to fresh air. On the other balconies / patios were chairs, beach chairs or sometimes even cozy rattan furniture (with large couch). All in all, our room was clean. The only thing that was negatively noticed was the pillows and comforters on the beds, which were partly the different stains. Our room was quite noisy right at the door and the doors slamming doors. The furniture sometimes from. Our room had 2 queen size bed, desk and chair, dresser, and built-in closet with safe, and of course a TV, telephone and internet connection (surcharge, about $12 per day). A very simple single kitchen also came to the room. The bathroom is very small (bathtub with shower curtain, toilet, sink, hair dryer) parking is unfortunately not in your room rate including (about $20 per day). Overall as the hotel wasn't to relax but mainly booked as a place to stay, it was fine. Tips: If you have enough time to outlets in San Diego (Las Americas premium outlets and Viejas Outlet Center/ Alpine) visit, may be a small trip to Tihuana plan (Mexico) and at the Cheesecake Factory in San Diego. The food was delicious and the value for money is perfectly ok. (The Cheesecake itself is but for us Germans too sweet, but the food is great. )
