I do like the service from the employees, as they are charming and very friendly to us. HOWEVER, on our last night in the hotel, my almost 2-years old child cried in our dining table for some minutes. As we tried to calm him down, K. stopped by. I thought she would thank us for staying at the hotel or give some comforting words. No, she told us to put our kids at Kinderbetreuung, as he disturbs other guests. She repeated her dooming message for 3x, and did not give us a chance to even reply. It was really rude to treat a guest like that. Other kids in the restaurant also cry and scream occasionally. Did she tell off all other parents too?? Our children are no difference than others. It is the nature of small kids to cry. I thought this would not be a problem for a hotel claiming to be 'child friendly'. . Our waiter told us, that our kids were fine and not worse/better than others. We do not recommend this hotel and are not coming back. We paid our ca. 4000 (yes, thousand) EUR bill and left two hours later back to Vienna.

Big breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch is simpler.

Heated pools were nice. Hamam was very nice. There is a Kindervilla for kids and youths.

We stayed at Bergkristall apartment, which was facing the parking lot and the DVD player did not work properly. We also stayed a Maisonette (2 rooms on top of each other), which was cheaper, much nicer and had better view.

We stay from 4-11 July, of which 3 days rainy and 4 days sunny. Max. 25/26C.
