Reason for hotel review: to encourage the young owner couple even more in their dedication to please guests. - Very friendly family-run hotel, all under attentive control by owner/manager. Everything fine. Lovely location above Arosa town, thus perfectly calm. Big balcony with splendid view over town and lakes and onto mountains. Food varied, excellent breakfast, (self service); coffee good (very important for me).
