Disgusting, 1 week, only two days *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed for a week holiday garden in Playa Muro booked. We only stayed two days! And this, because a change of tour operator at the weekend was not possible and that we will therefore forced two days in this hotel had to spend. We complained the first room at the front desk due to massive mold in the bathroom and also otherwise was the room not reasonable. Dirty, uncleaned moldy, shabby. We travel a lot and are used to and with the best will not picky, but this room didn't work. Disgusting! On our complaint we were three other rooms, all of which not better were. Also a free upgrade to a superior or luxury room was offered to us. Furthermore, these rooms were uninhabitable. After enquiring of call travel guide and massive pressure was provided for us Monday a transfer to a different hotel in prospect. This was done and we could see the vacation enjoy. Back home I have written complaint to the tour operator and demanded compensation. Indeed, six weeks after my letter about us 100 euros refunded. Not the world, but okay... To conclude I can only say: the hotel is not recommended. As mentioned we travel a lot and have stayed at all kinds of hotels where they exist and we have never, really not once complain about something or anything complained. And it in this hotel then directly at a transfer land, showing how bad conditions are there!
