Great guest service
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery nice and clean business-class hotel. The included breakfast is delicious, and lots of choices.
Location
The immediate neighborhood (i.e., what you see out your window) is just OK, but it is very close to main thoroughfare, and only 2 miles from the heart of the scenic old town.
I was frankly a pretty demanding guest, but the staff were so friendly and helpful. I decided at the last moment to change my plans, to catch a Bundesliga game in Kaiserslautern (near Frankfurt). The staff helped me: change my flight reservations, get me a room at a convenient Holiday Inn in Frankfurt, and booked my train ticket from Frankfurt to Kaiserslautern.
Also, the bartender rememberd my drink choices and made good suggestions.

Nice breakfast buffet. Excellent wienerschnitzel!

The rooms are very clean. The building seems pretty new. Furnishings are typical Holiday Inn; functional but not 'luxurious'.
