great hotel, satisfactory front desk *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOverall very good, but service of the office/front desk bad: reservation was not known although confirmed in writing, at check out 200 euros charged too much. If we do not each have delivered written confirmations, had been in the hotel didn't have a room available for us. So you can still solve the problem. Another point: in the new year's Eve package was free wireless Internet was offered, upon arrival they told with these conditions have changed...
