Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed at this hotel over the phone and got a confirmation number and an offer of 277, -€. This sum paid we also directly at check-in. When we checked out but we were asked to 30, -€ to pay, since a colleague or fellow member charged. We asked for our offer and called the transaction. As we were told, that is no matter the prices on the internet or by phone must be consistent with those in the hotel. Strange was only, but the price at check-in, was the same as on the Internet and on the telephone booking. We stayed on our bill once a booking or statement, but a surplus of 30, -€, the logic East appearing. Upon request we were only in response to the statement, that the offer price not vote.
There was no one tried to clarify. A shame. We paid the 30, -€ and were very disappointed, as with our complaint was handled.
