Musty room *

The Holiday Inn Express is approached. We were on the ground floor ( ) basement felt. The room was musty, the windows didn't open?! The hotel is located 15 minutes outside of San Diego. Old Town itself was small and manageable. Plus; The breakfast was fine and adequate.
