Close to Space Needle and monorail *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AGood middle class hotel, right on the Hwy 99 located. It is therefore appropriate to, for a place to questions, not in the direction of the street. We found a good sized, clean room, with 2 double beds (2.00 x 1.35 meters), a table with 2 chairs and dresser with TV (unfortunately no minibar). Separated from the living area was a big sink with mirror, coffeemaker (inclusive pads Creamer and sugar), hair dryer, toiletries/vanity case, and irons and ironing boards. Also a small bathroom with toilet and tub/shower combinations. There was an internet connection in the room and wireless internet in the lobby. The room was laid out with carpeted floors. Available an ample number bathing towels and all sizes. The relatively quiet air conditioner was good regulated. On every floor there are ice and vending machines. Only non-smoking rooms are available. You will have to walk with the signature assure you that you will not smoke in my room. The service at the front desk can only be described as average. Any questions just ask, but any additional tips - none. So, all nice even prepared. The night including breakfast. The offer was by American standards very good (various egg dishes with bacon or sausage, cream cheese, juice, various sorts of toast, sweet parts, yogurt, fruit etc. ). It seems like a Holiday Inn Express-standard, as we found to be something similar at our trip at the Holiday Inn Express Grand Canyon. Parking is directly at the hotel was possible and officially costs $10.00 /day. We were not charged at check out. Also in a small indoor pool, as well as a gym, but we didn't use them. Definitely recommend to the Seattle Center to look at and on the needle harder ($16.00 per person). You have a fantastic view over Seattle and far to go further afield. The waterfront and downtown are about 25 minutes walk, otherwise we recommend, with the monorail from the Seattle Center Westlake Mall (one way ticket 2.00 $). A visit to the Pike Market should also on the program. With a walk along the waterfront" with lots of restaurants nearby in which - according to stay on a budget- lunch and dinner could be eaten. If you're just looking for a limited time limit (toward us 1 day), the was a trip over the Interlaken Boulevard (rainforest similar area) in north to Washington Park with a Kurzwanderung on the marshland-trail and highly recommended by forster Island.
