Location
Very centrally located. Provides easy access to all locations. Quiet location.
The friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially at night if you stressed coming from the airport and booking my room cannot be found. In addition to this, we were sent to the wrong elevator. After a complaint was the right elevator showed us without an apology. German is really a foreign language despite German guests.
