Good hotel with a weak staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI was for the umpteenth time staying there. Basically you usually only negative incidents, so time right away: I will stay here again. Reasons: price/performance ratio (23 €except breakfast), very good traffic connections (arrival by car, excursions in the area), public transport (tram in 5-10 minutes in walking distance, in every few minutes tact 30), spacious rooms (the slow but not more in the newest condition), nice amenities (free soft drinks), bonus program (priority Club)...
Unfortunately there is again and again bad surprises.
The check-in was controlled, then the reception planned to be at short notice. Room key without comment in the hand, (otherwise usual) no reference to the elevator, bar, breakfast, ...
Room (probably because of the change) was not of the reservation: double room instead of two single beds, only a bed sheets after complaining this was repaired
Mini bar had bottles open it, the floor was covered with water. The bottle has been changed to note, the fridge the next day but still wet complaint was promptly taken care of.
The cleaning staff came around 9.30 o'clock into the room, because it does not go free you started to suck the unmotivated and the machine on the door.
A shame, that should happen in a four stars hotel.
