Tip for low budget city break *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Holland Motor Lodge is a motel not a hotel!!!! The location in Jersey City is the perfect home base for a low budget trip to New York. Very simple and especially fast connections to Manhattan and Newark Liberty International Airport. Important is that a Metro card for 7 days (approx. $18 ) zulegt as PATH and metro but apart from that it is very expensive. The PATH Train station "Pavonia' of the mall and the adjoining office about 7 minutes walking distance ... You really can also right in the middle of the night by these buildings within walking distance (don't forget the nightwatchman to greet: O) ) rooms are functional and in the 70 's style but clean and tidy, but some smell of smoke: O( would also be better if one side of the car as about 5 traffic in the Holland tunnel noisy. The breakfast consists of coffee, tea, milk, sweet pastries and a bit cereal, however, it doesn't have breakfast room, you have to everything had to be taken to our room. We got the room max. For 6-7 hours in the night and have stayed in Manhattan .......... It was more than adequate and we will be returning.
