Hotel Hospes Amerigo

The location of Amerigo was almost perfect. The beach was within a few minutes walking distance, also the marina was visible from the sun terrace at the hotel, it was about 5 minutes walk away. The old town with stores for every budget was around the hote

The staff was very friendly and open minded to us. At the reception English and French were spoken. The rooms were in a very clean condition (we were shown several). There was a laundry of course in the hotel.

The month of September was probably the stillest and most pleasant month to visit Alicante. We had an 33 degree almost hand-warm ocean. Alicante, a great city for a "little getaway".
