Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have stayed at several Iberostar hotels. This hotel was the worst in terms of service. For a five stars hotel is unacceptable this service: rude waiters, no coffee was brought to the table, we served ourselves... There were mainly Spanish. In the last night of our trip at half past two related families with infants in addition to the two of us their room, and cleared loudly their pastries from, until 3.30 o'clock was to sleep longer think, that happens to a five stars hotel, our complaint was ignored, not to mention of an apology. Iberostar Antelia is a great hotel for families with small children, not recommended for those who travel alone couples. The food was great, the location was great, the complex is wonderful. The hotel has good three star.
