Update-sixth vacation in paradise *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis is an update assessment. A description of the general condition in my other posts. I only comment about noticeable and changes of the hotel. Once the front: who has not yet in Brazil was, should definitely not book over FTI. Normally we booked through Neckermann or books. This time was the cheapest. We had booked a transfer. When we arrived there turned out, that has been going for weeks no transfers FTI not to the hotel back to the airport carrying out more. Since I was already knew their way around and Portuguese am, a taxi was just a little bad. For every newcomer but it is a challenge, especially if you have no Reais (national currency) has. The hotel itself is neither a trip folder of FTI from, nor is a contact person available. For us this means: never again FTI! But now to the hotel: the rooms: I recommend the room 3254. Even if you don't view of the sea booked, the sea is very close (two double beds, for a king size bed is 3253). View is as mentioned fantastic. The room is located in the top floor (2. Floor) with a view to the pool. So it's quiet hours in the afternoon on the balcony. If you like to watch from the balcony, it should in the first building devious. Before you can book the room by the way in which you just send an e-mail to the hotel. It is not guaranteed, but I have never experienced something like that, that you don't get the room. Food & beverages: there are many bars. A new service: by the pool a cocktail car right up to the beach chair, even though the next bar a maximum of three minutes. There is a bar Koko snus. Here you can directly from the nut Koko juice drink. Tip: You can leave them open and enjoy the drink to the home. The four specialties restaurants remain obligingly for quality and also the buffet restaurant was clean and the service accommodating. If you love to Brazilian food: there was the typical dishes in the hotel, but: on the streets in Salvador they are a lot better. You should definitely try once Aracajé, costs outside Reais 2-3(1 euros). Pool & entertainment: the shows are still on the high quality. Show movie Zhvania, amended version of Ibero Grammy. The activity staff (with the exception of dancer) speak a few words in German, some English. One comes in any case clearly with the communication. I would like to emphasize once again, you can't wait, a Brazilian, or whether animateur front desk or somewhere else, spoke German. You can travel to Brazil. It is a Brazilian here in Germany, so you can count on one hand, if you can Portuguese. Yes, there are not all speak English, it is true, but there are at least at the front desk always, the English and/or German. And beverages not mean large unlike. Often referred to the local tax: this does not exist more. So you need to be at the end of the vacation less than five Reais per day pay. If you have specific questions, you can contact me.
