Very disappointing *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe worst Iberostar hotel, we had ever experienced. An absolutely disastrous hygienic conditions (mold in bathroom, toilet, vestibule double room, mini bar outside), the non-functioning air conditioning (contrary to the catalog description) the increased respiratory problems. Ken balcony despite booking. Overall strongly renovation needy condition, due to high humidity detectable. Rep from Neckermann has our own image descriptions and was also shocked. We are totally different and better used Iberostar. The hotel has its own beach with moderate quality. The only good thing: the friendliness of the staff and service effort character. Overall very disappointing and unfortunately, not recommendable.
