Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe third time was on the Iberostar. Each time it was poor. The area was superficially clean, but the handling of the guests leaves much to be desired. Half of the staff does not belong in the service: arrogance, rudeness, ignorance are the order of the day. Catastrophic beach chairs by the pool and on the beach: 30% were broken. If you don't get up in the morning at seven o'clock on a towel for the pool chairs had, you have to either in the sun or the neighboring beach rent a beach chair. Repairs were apparently executed only once a year: 16 light bulbs were broken in the lobby, at the end of the three weeks was not burned. The hotel was a little older, especially the dining room: charm of a station concourse, volume of livestock auction hall... Buffet breakfast was poor, dinner buffet were rich and varied. Service by keen on turning tolerable...
