This year we were already for the fourth time in a row at the Iberostar grand hotel Paraiso. This stay we liked it very much. The management has changed including the chef this year, what the hotel wasn't't bad. So we could explore new food at the buffet. Because this year we have not visited the specialty restaurant (except the Japanese), we can not statement make. But we heard, that it changes in these restaurants given has. The hotel is kept very clean, it was cleaned everywhere and repaired. The toilets were also very clean. The staff are very accommodating, even if you do not tip, a smile and a few nice words help. Of course, we gave gladly tips for good service, but the wages of the staff didn't exactly a hit. By the pool there were towels a discretion. We were mostly in the relax pool and several times a day the pool concierge with new towels. If the sun cream forgotten, no problem, this is also at the pool concierge available. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant-restaurant ' La breeze' sometimes a lot to be desired, especially for larger rush. Fortunately, the main restaurant was open for lunch as well, which contributed to the tension in the situation. In this restaurant was a larger 'grill' constructed, where lobster, crab, meat, salad, vegetables and potatoes were offered... Very delicious! Conclusion: the hotel has nothing quality deteriorated and is still recommended for people, who are looking for relaxation! The quality of the food is excellent and in my view a feast for the eyes. We will travel there next year again.
