Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASince we had booked a double room with sea view, but with a view on the garden and the pool got, we complained us. They took our complaints only moderate at the beginning. Only when the manager spoke with us and the next day we the problem, was slow movement in the history.
We got a double room with sea view on the third day and sunset. Everything was almost perfect from that day.
Unusual was for us before all, that one for a remote control of the TV-device had to pay ten Euros per week. The twelve euros rent for the safe in the room were OK.
We found the food to be very balanced (we had booked half-board).
The quality was to 90% in order.
We were something disappointed over the final reaction at the reception!
This had no 'on' or 'good-bye bye' to reciprocate. A shame!
Otherwise we were very pleased and can recommend the hotel Iberostar Lanzarote park in can picafort.
