Beschwerden werden vom Personal ernst genommen und soweit wie möglich erledigt. Wir hatten eine Juniorsweet am Fahrstuhl, nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns am nächsten Tag eine wunderbare Sweet überlassen, sämtliches Gepäck wurde vom Personal von a nach b transportiert ohne unsere Hilfe
