Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur annual holiday in Mallorca we booked once again the Neckermann-Iberostar roulette and we were not disappointed. Our stay at the Iberostar Playa de Muro has left nothing to be desired. The hotel is very large and spacious and is located directly on the beautiful long sandy beach of Playa de Muro. The guests were international (CH, D, F, E, NL, P), very disciplined in the hotel, from toddlers to retirees were all age groups represented. It was nice, that we were not in the majority. The service was exceptional. Beach was the possibility, beach chairs and umbrellas for the duration of your stay to rent for a fee (1 week/59, -euro). Holding up a towel from.
The fine sandy beach is very shallow and the water crystal clear.
Our spacious and quiet room was on the first floor. The furniture, there were no complaints. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The bathroom was very large for a beach hotel and functional style. Unfortunately missing a make-up mirror. The check-in process was exceptional.
The hotel has two restaurants. Although the hotel was fully booked, we always found a table immediately. Standing in front of the restaurant, as in other hotels, it was not! We had booked half board and were very satisfied with the food. Especially the evening buffet left nothing to be desired. The food was plentiful, varied (fish, meat, vegetables), was typical local and optically very well presented. The clearing of the used dishes happened quickly and discretely. The staff was friendly, attentive and very concerned about the well being of the guests.
The nice pool area we didn't use it, since we are strandgänger. There is also a large indoor pool.
