Very loud Hotel, partly unfriendly staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery poor front desk service, I had room extension on the day of departure for 29 euros have to go through. From front desk I was not made aware, that free showers in the designed specifically for departing guests standing room is possible. Cafeteria and wellbehaved loud dining-hall, daily the same food, no theme nights. I went after three days guests external food, despite booked half-board. My room was right on the exhaust of the guests toilets located grid. Bar staff, Spanish arrogant. Customer seems to be a bother. Recommendation is the better hotel grupotel Los principes and Spa under German management. Never again!
