super nice, reliable, clean! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAll were really without exception! Friendly and helpful! Even the cleaning staff greeted us with a grin and the question of whether everything was clean enough. We were unfortunately too short as however therefor rich the rooms perfectly. We had a small kitchenette, everything worked and we had dishes for three persons. The front desk was very helpful and could better Give tips and, when the tour operator on site! The bus connection was perfect (20 minutes with the bus for 1,25 euros to Palma, runs every ten minute, also Sundays!) the spa area was very harmonious and we received a 15 euros coupon on a massage our choice. A girl from the hotel across the street came up to us! And its job so perfect! I am the Mienung, that they are selling. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed early, but clean and with plenty of sun loungers. For those outdoor pool, unfortunately it was too cold, but it seemed very clean (except two broken tiles). The balcony was small but enough and we could see to the sea. The beach is just a three minute walk away. I am very happy and next year will definitely book this hotel again ☺
