Good hotel but big disappointment at the indoor swimming poo *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is ideally located on the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade. The bus connection to Palma is wonderful. Very nice staff. As we checked in to our original 'room with a view of the sea' as a side room on the first floor of the hotel, the left, above all, a pool and shed devices of the restaurant was divine, the ocean just a little bit. On our request we were offered a very nice apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, however against extra charge. The biggest disappointment was the ice-cold pool. As we were there at the end of October were there, we had booked a hotel with an indoor pool. The reference to the visit of the indoor swimming pool in the neighbor Hotel Iberostar Christina was a tragedy. Closed until the first November! As it was a few days before had opened, it was freezing. Noisy indication 'heated' on the front desk 21 degrees. No Thanks! We need to give us the Spa of the Grupo Playa de Palma per person for 20 euro. Should the hotel Iberostar us replacing. It is a pity, because the Hotel is a bit getting old, is however in many ways very pleasant. If you like swimming in the cooler season, however, a problem, because it usually is too cold, in order to bathe in the sea.
