Area was great, staff learning needy *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel looks great from. The complex is really nice and well-kept, much effort was put. Effort is the only good thing, the staff can say. Yes, they are nice and trying, but unfortunately very inefficient (5 man for a job...). The waiters go Touristenbeglück -making your program from, which certainly in older women, but I didn't like. I am not 'my friend' and crude put on by the waiters are rather harassment. The food was okay, but not very varied and hardly flavored (except caraway!). The dishes were dirty, especially the glasses. Always make an effort you, when we complained, but really we were pleased overall. Efforts are often not enough. The personnel's foreign language better training. I would often itself in the kitchen or the chefs cooking lessons. That you fries only times drip off is, if you will-or from the deep fryer that you antaut, the chefs. The live cooking was rather deterring. Very funny also: because the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, the service people could not knock-so you have the neighboring room called in the morning early! Rather it is counterproductive. Furthermore, hung everywhere signs on environmental awareness and that towels only exchanged shall, if you are on the floor- stupid only, no one on that account. Instead we were ridiculous petals on the bed and weird swans and queues formed out of towels. Also very annoying: the staff at loudly and often written argued, guests. This is what I call unprofessional. Conclusion: hotel and grounds are very nice, but the service and especially the food is poor.
