Big Disappointment. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel iberotel Luxor we visited Luxor twice a year and were glad, that we had a good 'winter home' found. See our reports 'surprise ',' 27 years after No ',' disappointment is still good, but...' The satisfaction has changed but April 2011 fast. Staff was always very friendly and helpful, but that was all. The management of the hotel has failed total. It was shortly after the revolution (in front of the hotel there was a tanks) and it was 'Save ' announced. The manager of the hotel has us proud, that not only the entire staff has set, but staff, because many people were unemployed (lack of tourists). This is, without question, very classy behavior, if-if not at the tourists. Despite so much staff, we have our curtains (we had always found the same room) so, as half a year ago-with blood splatters. To save money was only one elevator in operation, which led to very long waiting times. The food, especially lunch, was very moderate. It was always the case, very often and in my view, to lunch, groups from Hurghada, or ships come. On the days the selection and quality of the food was always bad, but this time it was terrible. So we have, with a heavy heart, of iberotel for ever.
