Relaxing vacation in Paradise flowers *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe felt like we were in this hotel from the outset very warm welcome, and the front desk staff as well as various restaurants service personnel very friendly, courteous and efficient service!
Especially we would like to highlight two waiters, which competent and nice service, Mahmoud Salah in the main restaurant and the pool restaurant!
Our room was the most comfortable and best equipped, where we stayed in the holiday and truly " " have stayed. Here we would like to thank once again for Walied, the invisible and never too early (late!) our rooms with flowers and ornate hand towel figures menace. Everything was to our customer:
Upper floor, quiet garden view (fantastic!) no disturbances by Aufräumpersonal, or even coffee and tea inclusive. Kettle in the room-the hotel management-is committed to guest as King!
For the inconvenience that we in the first night due to overbooking some had to stay hotel, we got for the entire stay a volt and even I. p. as a farewell present to mark two Papytusbilder and a small statue of...
The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, only with the staff at the pool bar we were not satisfied, unfriendly and not competent. Although we certainly were modest guests, we have received only two times in eleven days exactly the same, which we had ordered, -except for water in the bottle we drank during the day only two drinks:
1x espresso-cappuccino (we initially said the detail, -
A simple " strong " cappuccino)
1x a caipirinha and, instead, we were given brandy on ice with Zitone or some fancy drink, this was disappointing for a five-star hotel, as well as how often unclean plastic cups at the pool bar.
Summary: It was a fantastic relaxing holiday in the midst of paradisiacal, artfully designed garden (Bravo the garden chef and his hard-working team Mahmoud!!!!) in enchanting-1001 nacht-ambience, very good food and some Schnorchelabenteuer at the reef in the vicinity, as well as the boat trip to three spots including. Gifthun-Iceland-which was very nice, but who knows safaga, will be disappointed!
The sport animation during the day and the evening entertainment was disappointing for us.
The shows average, the life music bad. Case-by-case basis would have been better at least a DJ should establish varied, and only sometimes live band playing-or better find!!!
But for a pure relaxation holiday and the Ausspannan the ideal place-we can warmly recommend the hotel!!!
