Best service, Ever!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy husband, ant and I just returned from an excilent holiday in Saraya! We went on an impulse trip over the christmas stressdays in denmark, and we got the most relaxing holiday ever, the team on saraya were so welcoming, helpfull, carefull and allways in good mood. And we got good food every day Just what we needed. My ant never been in egypt before, and dont speek any other language than danish, but the team treated her like a queen, though she couldnt even talk with them, she never been so happy her hole life, she smile up to her ears yet :D We can only give this hotel 5 stars!
Location
We liked Makady wery much, but... it is a city that seemes like everything is owned by star tour, whith is good enough if everything wasnt so expensive, But its new and wery nice every were!
Again this is our main caurse of the `five stars` Our cleaner made nice decoration out of the towels every day, everything was clean all the time, we even saw the staff polishing the marmour floors at night.
Gastronomy
Big number og restaurents in the area with differents kinds of wishes that could be filled out. all from pizza, fish to chinese. The prices is just been pushed too high the last years, we been in egypt 4 times now. and now its at the same as in denmark. Its a shame... But damn, we got good food at the sun flower, and they had a biiiiiig buffet :)
Sport & Entertainment
We were very sad about the pool, it were almost empty every day, and the only reason... It was so freezing cold :/ I only went in it a few times, but fast I concludet it was too cold...
Room
We were actually pressy afraight the apartment were too small fore us, It said - apartment for 2 persons, but we ordered fore 3 persons. But when we arribed we were surprised that we actually could be 5 in the nice apartment. Loooovely :D
