Pleasant, functional hotel in top location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Ibis is a simply structured, in all areas very clean hotel in a perfect location. The Main shopping street, Meir it is only a few minutes walk. Centraal Station is conveniently located in the about ten minutes to reach. Simply cross the city park! The nice women can be walking distance to Cathedral in about 15 minutes. Parking in the garage across the street it at the theater: 24 hour for 14.40 . Check in and check out ran smoothly. Most of the staff spoke also a little German. The room is modern and functional. The closet is open on the side and offers only for a few clothes space. A clothes hangers on the wall for jackets was missing unfortunately. The size of the bathroom was enough of movement; 1qm more could have been done easily. Powerful hairdryer available. The sound of the leak is quite good window. We felt not bother us in our sleep, although on the opposite side of the street was powerful. ZDF and were the two single German WDR provider. The bed was pleasant, an extra pillow is located in the upper compartment of the wardrobe.
The breakfast room is very simple, the breakfast buffet was good and sufficient. Coffee tasted strongly of the machines. It is different bread rolls, bread, croissants, scrambled eggs, different spreads, Quark, yogurt, different sorts of cheese and sausage; eggs can be cooked to your hearts content. The bar between the breakfast room and reception area to a drink in the evening.
The price/performance ratio is absolutely adequate.
All in all we can highly recommend the Ibis hotel for towns or business completely.
