Dirty bathroom and bad staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn the bathroom there was hair everywhere( even on the ceiling) from previous guests and the toilet was dirty. We have also been through a club membership in writing a complimentary late check-out until 16:00- o'clock guaranteed. You woke us at 13:00 and 13,30 by telephone us told us we should immediately the room leaving. The lady at the front desk was not Cooperative, total unfriendly and could not have a good German and English. Will definitely never use, although actually the European hotel experience for a good service and high efficiency of the staff had, but at other locations.
