Good price/performance ratio in the city *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located right next to the tube station Aldgate East and to foot is ordered one in ten minutes to the Tower bridge-location so great for city tours. Around the corner is also a Tesco if you want to stock up with food. The room was clean, it was cleaned every day the bed and the towels were changed. The bathroom is a bit small, but it was due to the architecture-a plastic wet cell as you knew from Studentenwohnheimen. But it is very clean and sufficient for a short city break. The breakfast buffet was okay, there was fresh fruit (pineapple, melon), various baguettes and croissants, spreads, as well as the typical English breakfast with beans, scrambled eggs and bacon. It was constantly filled up and the tables were cleared quickly. Check-in and check-out went well without problems. We didn't need foreign language skills, so I can say nothing, but there were many Germans in the hotel.
