Good city hotel in good location *

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip.
The hotel is in a good location, not located directly in the city, 5-10 minutes away but only (footpath). A block away (2 minutes footpath) is the Victoria Market.
Tram stop in front of the door. Aldi around the corner. The 'D mile' with lots of good Italian restaurants in about ten minutes to reach. is also.
View from the room was not available. You look out on each side against a wall of a house.
The rooms are very modern furnished as well as the bathroom. The bathroom was bright and clean. The size of the room and the bathroom is fishing ehem. Kettle, coffee, tea, tv and safe (surcharge) available.
Restaurant/breakfast room had cafeteria atmosphere. Breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cereal, warm English breakfast, jam and otherwise. Sweets and toast was okay.
