Great location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe booked this hotel for three nights-the day of arrival we were much too early, but still, we immediately got a room. At the reception they spoke fluent English, and some receptionists could even speak German. We arrived we were immediately on arrival a Citymap of Amsterdam and a booklet for excursions, in addition, we also, the 1 hour WiFi is free (you get the password at the reception). The room was very spacious for Ibis standards. We had also a safe available and the room was in a courtyard, very quiet (, though the hotel itself on a relatively busy street). What you should keep in mind if you have a Bay-one does not Ibis mini bar (at least we have never had one!)-what a Holland-where there is much to buy cheese course a bit heavy. The location of the hotel is great-not quite in the area where the tourists tummeln, but after a few minutes you can reach the city center and the canals. In addition there were two supermarkets in the proximity (Albert Heijn, spar). In the case of our reservation was also a breakfast was absolutely fine, there was plenty there, plenty of choice. You should go out for breakfast only early enough, as we noticed as soon as it is a bit later, also the tray stand and more people are so crowded, that the trays on the tables, which leads to lack of space! The problem we had was but never ☺ A little tip for people who are light on their feet-we should not be from the train station to the hotel a bit crowded public transport death, because if we Hendrikkade along up to the valkenburgerstraat PRINS is one in ten minutes to reach the hotel (for us was the metro and the tram nine was very crowded).
