For us this was an experience of horror, although we have stayed in many accor hotels in berlin to sao paulo stayed. At the front desk had the staff member was a sign on the blouse, you spoke German or English. I have spoken German, the employee has misunderstood me and in English.-this is an absolute impudence, that is almost discrimination, because one can assume, that in a hotel, which is located 10 kilometer away from the German border, German is spoken, especially, if the message is being sent by a tag.
I booked two nights, but we were already after the first night left. Shame about the money for the second night. One can recommend this hotel to anyone, want to visit the szczecin. The personnel's foreign language better training. At the front desk the arrogant nature to German. The cleaning staff, the beds clean, old sheets to change, the hair from the previous inhabitant to remove, to vacuum and the mold on the silicone-seams in the bathroom to remove. It was just disgusting and under all sow. That is not in ten years' time in the Formule1 sao paulo hotels happened. I believe, if we in poland in the forest to sleep in, the cleaner would former.
