From the moment of arrival one is welcomed and it will order a favorite. It is spoken Italian, English and German. The complex/rooms are in a new, clean condition which I have left nothing to be desired. The breakfast was always delicious and standard fare. For questions, we had a problem, they helped me quickly so I had to get my stay in Sardinia could fully savored.
