Hotel Imperial

As already often described, is hardly to be exceeded the situation hotel.

The service is moderate. All are friendly, but one does not take it so exactly. The worn out carpets in the rooms are not sucked at all hardly ever, the towel change effected times daily times several-day-long. All speak German, but reliable information are not easy nevertheless at the reception (depending upon occupation) to get.

The breakfast is good, if one does not want “correct” coffee (the thin Kava comes even as so-called espressos from the automat) and no muesli. Also the offer at the Vorspeisebuffet is good, the main courts is properly however unfortunately very monotonous (and hardly peppered). 4 each is available, but two of it are almost daily “mix grill” and “Seehecht”. The alternative courts come back also after about 3 days. One must make the choice the day before by marking, but if one comes times later, it can be that one must take different one nevertheless.

As well known there is no pool. The maintenance by the all-evening disturbance of the peace by the Schnulzenbarden, specified above, would not have to be.

The standard rooms are very small, furnished without balcony and a little functionally. Except a place saving French bed with continuous cover one accommodated still another klobigen old armchair, the mini bar with television and a making up table. Besides there is the small bath opposite a built-in cabinet, which can take up maximally contents of a suit-case. That means practically: Seats (e.g. to the television) only one person can do the other one on seat furniture, must on the bed. One must leave half of the laundry and clothes (with a stay of more than one week) in the suit-case. The “Schminktich” is the only file in the area (and also in the bath it only one small under the mirror never deseamed gives). If one all day long is in the summer at the beach, only a few shirts with has and only to sleeping on the room comes, that is ok, but for one autumn vacation one cannot express a recommendation.

The Internet entrance in the hotel is extremely slow and often breaks down. There are however entrances in the place (e.g. close with agency EROS). Who wants to cut when eating with the measurer, even one should bring along. The hotel measurers are blunter than spoons. In the autumn it is, not very beautifully like that full and we had best weather. But trip offers, bus and boat connections are clearly reduced. In principle one can move beautifully, but is it heavily a map to be gotten and those, which one gets, proves not existing ways. The city Rab however is again and again worth a journey! (we were already several times there).
