Hotel beautifully, but the kitchen…! *

Location
The distance to the beach was so 200 meters and at the time, when we were (off-season) also usably to feel without itself uneasy in the people masses, which must accumulate to the high season there. The beach loads very beautifully to the beach walk in. Purchase possibilities were present and after Nessebar (very recommendable) drove the bus for 1 Leva or the Bimmelbahn for 3 Leva. More worth seeing there were not, only hotels, which are to be sold, incomplete one buildings, which should become times hotels and where now it is not further-built because I can imagine also well that the pain threshold is reached and also a beautiful beach cannot seize so many humans. In my opinion one exaggerates there, one would have had to contain the building of hotels, in order to hold a healthy equilibrium, that is however heavy, if the euro lures. (there by the way also none wants to have that as national currency) maintenance one does not have, we had in 7 days one folklore evening, that was very nicely to be looked at and typically Bulgarian.
The friendliness of the staff was very much put on and false. I know hardly English and my Russian am many years ago, so that I could not inform myself with the staff at all. Very much unfriendlyness was noticeable to me, which I cannot reconstruct at all, because all only possible one lives these humans do to energize in order to hold the tourists and to come back on the tourism in this area and should but we do not become that again to do.
Gastronomy
The restaurant was very nicely furnished, but that was also everything. The service staff was very impolite and actually impossible, if a fork down-ran with clearing, then it shifted further with the foot and “Dawai. Dawai” called to the fork, thus “fast, faster”. The meal was made by many guests badly criticizes, many angewiderte faces, coldly and by the Vortag lay the same fish for breakfast again there, the salad freshly and did not land again and again there to each meal. The fish to noon or evening bread was partly raw. Schweinefleisch or calf roast was hard and my question to the cook: What there wrong can one make? The meal worries in the tube, one must it only permit and is enough therein to leave enough. The beautiful hotel, which architects sketched and built craftsmen, is devalued by the kitchen.

There zero, the pool were. The swimming pool was couches was present very beautifully and sufficiently (off-season and sometimes no sun).
Room
Room beautifully. Sufficiently place, if I wanted to only look times messages from Germany in the TV, was hardly receipt.
Tips and recommendations
My trip to the hotel! Thoughts should make itself around the service and the meal, because if one lives on the tourism, then one must hold the people, not vergraulen. I read hotel evaluations of 2008 and seem it for nothing to have changed. Harm around the beautiful hotel. We minute booked load and paid more as in Mallorca, Tunesien and Crete, who were rather unfortunate, if one must make then a negative experience, with the first attendance in Bulgaria.
