dieses Hotel entspricht niemals einem 4 Sterne Hotel,das Ambiente sieht auf den ersten Blick super aus,aber man erkennt sehr schnell,das es nur Äußerlich ist,mehr als eine Woche hält man es nicht aus,der Service in jeder Abteilung(Rezeption,Gastronomie,Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit des Personals,usw.)lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig,ich war nun schon das achte mal in Bulgarien,aber von einem 4-Sterne Hotel kann man etwas mehr erwarten,wer allerdings viele Russen um sich mag,ist dort sehr willkommen und fühlt sich bestimmt auch sehr wohl,wer allerdings das erste mal nach Bulgarien reist,bitte nicht in dieses Hotel.
