Hotel with construction site *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe food was due to the selection and way of preparation not tasted so good. On the all-inclusive Sheet promised coffee and cake from 15-17 o'clock was not available. Coffee was always cake but we didn't want to go so we didn't get up before place.

Lieber Franz,wir vom Imperial SHAMS Abu Soma Resort bedanken uns für Ihre Bewertung bei Holiday Check.
Wir finden es sehr schade, dass Sie unser Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen können und verstehen nicht ganz Ihre Aussage zu "Kaffee & Kuchen". Kaffee gibt es u.a. 24 Stunden an der Lobby Bar und auch immer von 15. 00 - 17.00 Uhr an der Pool-/Beachbar sowie im Coffeeshop, wo auch Kuchen & Snacks zu finden sind. Sollte man einmal nicht etwas vorfinden wie erwartet, einfach das Management ansprechen, dass immer in allen Bereichen präsent ist.
Wir möchten Ihnen trotzdem danken, dass Sie unser Resort besucht haben und Sie unsere Gäste waren. Wir haben Sie sehr gerne bei uns gehabt und Sie sind jederzeit ein herzlich willkommener Gast in unserem Haus.
